Establishing cooperative agreements, constructing interconnected bridges among educational and training institutions, and facilitating the exchange of knowledge and experiences.

In order to obtain the confidence of society, educational and training institutions are being restructured to enhance their performance, increase their competitiveness, and regulate their quality.

Jointly implementing programs that have a positive societal impact in order to advance development in both education and training.
